We pay personal attention to each and every project. Our customers are amazed by the solutions we produce, and like having a single point of contact throughout the consultation process.
Personal attention
We are a small and friendly team of Excel consultants. This means that once a consultant is assigned to your project you will only have one point of contact – the person doing the Excel work. No customer service department, no accounts department, no pushy sales people. We are committed to providing the solution you require, tailored to your specific needs, and we believe the best way to do this is by being a small, agile team that provides a single point of contact.
Fixed fee
After you request help via our website a consultant will be in touch to discuss your project in more detail if needed. The purpose is to establish exactly what your requirements are and what the end-product needs to look like. The consultant will then estimate the time required to complete the project and provide you with a quote accordingly. The quote is fixed, which means that if it takes longer to complete than estimated you won’t need to pay for the extra time.
Payment on completion
Once a quote has been accepted your consultant will start developing the solution you require. During this process the consultant may contact you to request further information or clarification. The consultant may send you draft solutions and updates and ask you to comment and provide feedback, to make sure they are designing the exact solution you need. This also gives you the opportunity to ask for minor adjustments or other features. We are happy to implement such adjustments at no extra cost, provided they are generally within the scope of your original request.
At the end of this consultation process the consultant will send you the final solution. When you are completely satisfied and approve the solution we will contact you with an invoice and payment details.
Sometimes we may separate larger projects into distinct phases. If individual phases are sufficiently large we may require milestone payments on completion of each phase.
